2015 saw the launch of Impetus-PEF’s Future Leaders programme, the first-ever programme to engage the next generation in the private equity industry.
The goal of Future Leaders is to provide opportunities for the industry’s next generation to participate in social action and philanthropy, whilst developing their skills and professional networks.
Participants in Future Leaders will have access to a variety of tailored learning and development activities, as well as to volunteer and pro bono projects linked to Impetus-PEF’s programmes and venture philanthropy model. Plus, there will be plenty of opportunities to collaborate with other PE firms and individuals with common interests.
Together, they will develop a programme that suits the culture and unique aims of their firms – and will work closely with the Future Leaders Chairman to shape the programme and to drive participation in its inaugural year.
We are delighted to announce that Robert Ramsauer, Managing Director in Blackstone’s Private Equity Group, will be chairing the programme in 2015 and we are grateful to be supported by Deloitte and the Deloitte Academy.
Future Leaders officially launched at the Impetus-PEF Transforming Lives Dinner After Party at the Victoria & Albert Museum on 4 June 2015.
